Founded and run by engineers and technology specialists, Pinnacle began life in 1993 with the objective of filling the gap for a marketing communications agency that could truly understand its clients' technologies and creatively and effectively promote those technologies across multiple regions. The agency has maintained this technical emphasis by continuing to employ technology graduates and professionals with in-house and agency experience within electronics, communications and engineering sectors, alongside former journalists and editors of technical and trade journals.

 

Our technical focus eliminates the need to ‘educate the agency’ and ensures that account teams can quickly bring real value to every aspect of client campaigns – from strategic program and message development to technical writing, and from media and analyst relations to technical advertising and search engine optimisation campaigns. 

Since its inception, Pinnacle Marketing’s services have been delivered through a centralized business model that allows the agency to support multi-region marketing communications campaigns for global clients at a significantly lower cost-per-region than either a network of agencies or an agency with the overheads of multiple local offices. A key benefit of Pinnacle’s model lies in economies of scale - the addition of countries and regions to an existing campaign can be achieved for lower incremental costs than would be possible for a discrete, single-country campaign.
