Pinnacle’s aim is to provide its technology clients with strategic and integrated marketing communications campaigns that deliver real value, which is why consultancy and strategic counsel are key elements of our service.

We will identify our clients’ business strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats; research their markets; provide a situation analysis; identify the necessary target audience(s); and, if necessary, provide a detailed competitor analysis.

We can then identify the communication challenge, work with clients to create the appropriate communications objectives and develop marketing communications strategies, key messaging, tactical plans and metrics for measurement. Campaigns can incorporate elements such as technical advertising, technical pr and analyst relations and sales lead generation, and careful consideration will be given to media choice, be that print, online, social or a combination.

Strategic counsel also takes place every day in many small and ‘behind-the-scenes’ ways. We provide strategic guidance and advice informally during phone calls, meetings, and planning sessions; work with clients to maximise exposure for major announcements; provide media training for key spokespersons; and create plans and provide support for effective crisis handling.
